ELGenesis Kindergarten’s esteemed school principal, Mr Russell O’Neill has 30 years in the field of education. He has been all over the world teaching and is an expert in the field of IB education – holding full qualifications accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization in Geneva. Of British and Australian descent, Russell has gained national and international recognition for programs in Curriculum Development & Implementation, Technology, Equity & Diversity, Students at Educational Risk, Enterprise Education and Indigenous Education.

　　Russell has previously been based in our Hangzhou International School and Shanghai Community International School as Elementary Principal. We are excited that he has now been transferred to our Ningbo school to continue our philosophy of excellence in early education.

　　Russell has been nominated twice for Principal of the Year and won Teacher of the Year in 1993.
